One of our goals is to provide the highest quality services while at the same time making surgical care affordable.

Insurance: We are happy to fill out your insurance forms and accept assignment of payment from your insurance company. At the time of your first visit, we ask that you pay and your co-payment or deductible.

Medicare/Medicaid: As a courtesy to our valued senior patients, we do accept assignment of Medicare. We also extend this courtesy to Alabama Medicaid recipients.

HMO’s/PPO’s: We participate in many area health plans.

Workmans Compensation: We file all workman’s compensation claims. In most cases, you will not be expected to pay for services rendered.
